Ninik Zulaikah was born in Blitar, 18 May, 1974. She graduated from The Faculty of Economics & Business, Airlangga University Surabaya, majoring in Accounting, and continued her study with a Magister of Accounting degree, at Bhayangkara University. 

She has 14 years of experience in various Companies in the field of Accounting and Tax, completing her Tax License, and She also experiences in tax education, both as a tax lecturer and instructor in various Indonesian Campus agencies since 2013.
